Accommodation...
We are located on the western side of St. Ives, situated within a five minute walk to the town, Tate Gallery and beaches. Ideally placed to take advantage of all the facilities and attractions the town of St. Ives and surrounding area has to offer. Atlantic View is a three-storey family house with guest accommodation as follows:
ROOM 1 — Middle floor - a double room with Kingsize
orthopaedic bed.
There is an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin.
ROOM 2 — Middle floor - a twin bedded room
with en-suite shower room with toilet and basin.
ROOM 3 — Top floor - a double room with Kingsize
orthopaedic bed with wash hand basin, There is a shower room
with toilet adjacent for your exclusive use. This room has
a magnificent sea view.
There is an additional bathroom on the middle floor with toilet, bath and shower for communal use.

Breakfast...
breakfast is an optional extra at £5 per person as a self service buffet style consisting of a range of cereals, fruit juice, yoghurts, toast and preserves, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.
If you require any special dietary requirements, i.e. soya milk or gluten free bread please let us know at time of booking.
The breakfast room is open between 8am and 10am.
Many of the restaurants in town serve a full cooked English breakfast.
Tariff & Terms...
Off Peak - October to April inclusive £45 per room per night. Peak Season - May to September inclusive £55 per room per night. Bank Holidays, Easter and Half Term £55 per room per night. If you require buffet breakfast it is £5 per person, per day. Supplement per room for a 1 night stay £10. Christmas and New Year £280 per room for a 3 night package including buffet breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is 50%, non refundable. Full payment for the entire booking
applies to cancellations within 10 days from the day of arrival. We
always endeavour to re-let the room, in which case we are very happy
to refund the corresponding amount. We suggest that you take out holiday
insurance to include cancellations.
Driving Directions ...
DIRECTIONS TO ATLANTIC VIEW GUEST HOUSEAt the end of the Hayle by pass you will meet a roundabout, first left is the A30 to Penzance, second left is the A3074 to St. Ives. Proceed on this route via LELANT and CARBIS BAY to ST. IVES.
Entering the town along TRELYON AVENUE you pass the St. Ives Motor Company and Porthminster Hotel on your right hand side. Proceed down the hill with the sea on your right hand side.
As you enter the town you will pass the Malakoff Bus Station on the right as the road bears to the left, and then to the right by the Roman Catholic Church. At this point you are at the top of TREGENNA HILL.
Proceed down the hill and take the first left by the National Westminster Bank into GABRIEL STREET. Continue on this road to the first mini roundabout, turning right into BULLENS LANE by the Old Primary School/Stennack Surgery.
Drive to the top of the hill and turn right at the `T` Junction, opposite BELMONT TERRACE, follow road as it bears sharp left at the Cemetary down PORTHMEOR HILL and turn first left into CHANNEL VIEW.
Proceed along CHANNEL VIEW past a terrace of houses on your left and a row of gardens/garages to your right.
OCEAN VIEW TERRACE entrance is between the end of the row of garages and a bungalow on your right. If you miss this entrance follow the road past the rear of our terrace and turn right into the entrance between the rear of number 12 and Verbena Holiday Apartments.
Parking space is immediately opposite number 8.
