Room rates for rooms 1 and 3 are based on two persons sharing and we regret that we cannot cater for additional children in these rooms.
April to May (off peak season).
Please note: Easter, Bank Holidays are charged at peak rate
Room 1 - £70 per room per night.
Room 2 - £30 per night for one child under the age of 7.
£40 per night for one child age 8 or over or one adult.
Additional children or adults by negotiation -
(only in conjunction with room 3 for use by another member of the party).
Room 3 - £80 per room per night.
June to September (peak season).
Room 1 - £80 per room per night.
Room 2 - £35 per night for one child under the age of 7.
£45 per night for one child age 8 or over or one adult.
Additional children or adults by negotiation -
(only in conjunction with room 3 for use by another member of the party).
Room 3 - £90 per room per night.
We will be closed from October to Easter apart from a 3 night package at New Year - see New Years Eve Page.
Supplement per room for a one night stay £10.
No smoking or pets.
You are welcome to smoke outdoors in the garden / terrace.
Payment
50% deposit is payable at time of booking to secure accommodation. Unfortunately we do not take cards. Payment can be made via cheque made out to T. Bunn or if you wish to pay via Internet Banking or Paypal we will be happy to send details. Balance is due on arrival in cash or if you prefer to complete before arrival it must clear before your departure. New Year balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is 50%, non refundable. Full payment for the entire booking applies to cancellations within 10 days from the day of arrival. We always endeavour to re-let the room, in which case we are very happy to refund the corresponding amount.
We suggest that you take out holiday insurance to include cancellations. |
